Slow Release of TitleAmericredit Financial Complaint by Boofie
Americredit says that it is their policy to release a title 30-45 business days after the debt has been satisfied. The law in my state says 10 days. It's already been 39 days and now they say it could be another 5-10. They can act very quickly when they want to "screw" the customer. Are their policies above the state laws? I don't think so. No wonder they have such a poor reputation with their customers. May I ride a bicycle everyday before I get a loan through them again. It doesn't make any sense for a company to be so mean to its customers. I have never in over 5 years had one pleasant experience with this company. This is one company that I would not miss in the world should someone decide to sue them into oblivion.
