Had an account beginning in 1997 - paid for a
long time and then was not able to pay - had balance of $1600 - was told after several years they were not going to pursue the balance as it was interest and
late fees - last paid 2002. Called in July 2009 and was told balance was $2383.15 but they would take $1500 for payment. Advised would pay $1000 and the very rude representative said they would not take that and "I should have paid". Advised her I didn't need her
attitude and hung up. I have financed and paid for 2
other vehicles - NOT THRU them- and have had no problems. This company is a rip off and hires extremely
rude people. I can't believe they are even still in business.
